A lot of people have asked me lately if I’m using AI.
The answer is: yes - but only in the simplest way.
Sometimes in the morning, when I feel inspired, I speak directly into AI and let it transcribe my words. What you’re about to read below is an almost exact transcription of what came through this morning, as I was reflecting on the world, on conversations I’ve been having, and on what feels like it’s awakening right now.
This is my raw transmission - shared as honestly as I can.
And at the very end of this email, I’ll also share an invitation, for those who feel called into conversation.
And soon, I may begin recording these voice transmissions as well, so if you’d like to hear them in their original spoken form, there will be a place for that.
For now, I want to share this one exactly as it arrived.
So take a breath…
And here is what came through this morning:
I would like to write an email to my newsletter audience — my followers — who really are like my friends.
A lot of you started following me because you were interested in health and wellness. Some of you were interested in developing your intuition, which, by the way, is deeply connected to our health and wellness.
And I haven’t been writing to you much lately. You know I’ve been on quite a mystical journey over the past year and a half… longer than that.
And it’s finally landed into this embodied place.
I guess what I want to talk about is that.
I was calling my brand — transitioning it — to being the Cosmic Christ Force.
But what I’ve realized is that when my guidance came through and said: “We’re starting not a business, not a church, but a movement… and it’s called the Cosmic Christ Force…” I’m now realizing that that is the force — the frequency — that is awakening across this planet.
And it’s not that we are calling it that…
It’s what we came to embody.
We are the movement as we awaken to this.
And I want to talk about what that is.
It is a movement anchoring in divine light through service, healing, and education.
It’s anchoring in divine love through our every thought, word, and action.
And it’s the understanding that we will reap exactly what we sow.
Many people are talking about the year of the yang fire horse, and how it’s time to go — to jump into revolutionary action.
And all of this astrology certainly does support that this is going to be a very transformative and revolutionary year.
However…
What that looks like is determined by the level of consciousness with which it is approached.
We can repeat history, and we can have more wars and more fighting, etc.
In fact, I don’t even want to say that, because I don’t want to seed that as we speak, so it is.
We will reap exactly what we sow.
So what I want to sow is unconditional love.
Peace.
Joy.
Playfulness.
That sort of embodiment…
That sort of heaven on earth…
That Kingdom of Heaven we come into when we live in the heart.
The yang fire horse year…
Recently, I had the opportunity to visit with a neighbor of mine here in Sedona who works with horse medicine — equine therapy.
I’ve gone through quite a few traumas and relational shifts over the past year.
Not to mention this lifetime… and many others that I remember.
And I had a few things to work out with myself.
And as I sat with the horses…
And they breathed their warm breath across me…
And they connected their fields with my field…
And we co-regulated our nervous systems together…
I released much.
And I remembered what it was like to sit with a horse.
To tune into their energy field…
Their medicine…
Which is that of strength, embodiment, and total and complete presence.
Total and complete presence…
Total and complete surrender to the elements…
Total and complete surrender to life…
They reminded me what it was to be soft, and strong, and present…
In a way that I hadn’t been since childhood.
That is the medicine of the horse.
Yes, it is courageous.
It is steadfast.
And it will charge headlong into action if it must, at the guidance of its rider.
But are we a rider that wishes to charge with our horse headlong into war?
Into fight?
Or do we wish to ride it gracefully across the meadow?
If we decide that we wish to charge headlong…
Certainly there will be an adversary that appears.
This reality is very responsive.
And it will bring to us what we put out.
The sacred geometrical and energetic structuring of our fields dictates that we will bring to us that which will teach us to come back to love. And it will take whatever form it needs to in order to accomplish that task.
So the yang fire horse year, to me, is not a “charge headlong into action, light the fire right this moment” sort of year.
Yes, my fire is lit.
Yes, the work is happening within me.
Yes, there is a creative force channeling through me like a lightning rod that wants to bring something new into this world.
Many things, in fact.
And it’s okay to have that fire be a slow burn.
It’s okay to tend that fire with intention, and care, and reverence…
Which is what fire deserves.
I don’t need to launch fire grenades into the world in order to make an impact and bring to ashes that from which the phoenix will rise.
All I need to do is allow that slow burn to build into something intentional.
Meaningful.
Joyful.
Fun.
Playful.
Think of all the things you can do around a fire.
Think of all the ways that fire can come into the world.
You can tame it.
You can tend it.
It can bring you warmth.
You can tell stories around it…
Enhance wisdom…
Open hearts…
Or…
You can launch the bombs that blaze and burn and bring everything to the ground.
So as you think about the yang fire horse year…
What kind of fire do you want to bring into the world?
And how are you riding your horse?
And what aspect of that horse medicine are you embodying?
The Cosmic Christ Force is one of divine light and divine love.
It sows only that when it’s truly tended with intention and care.
When we’re able to stop making everyone else “other.”
When we’re able to ask divine consciousness to free us from enmity
Aggression…
Violent tendencies…
Hatred…
Bitterness…
Resentment…
Rage.
In this time that we are currently in…we have the opportunity to say those types of prayers.
To ask to be freed of these frequencies and emotions within us.
To let them go…
Or to succumb to them.
I think of books like The Celestine Prophecy…
Where we reach a certain frequency…
And the old world — the violence, the other things — it just can’t even see us anymore.
We really enter heaven on earth when we live from the heart.
When we approach life with joy, wonder, reverence.
We understand that everyone in it is sacred.
And they’re reflecting something back to us.
So if you find yourself fighting…
What is it within you that needs to fight?
What is it in your ego that says your ego must be right?
That your persona is so perfectly designed that you know exactly what the world needs…
And damn it, you’re going to make sure that it gives it.
That it conforms to your control and to your will.
Who says you’re right?
Who says any of us are right?
It’s time to get in alignment with nature.
It’s time to get in alignment with our heart, and with love.
It’s time to get in alignment with divine laughter.
Presence.
The battle has never been outside.
The battle has always been within.
What is it in you that needs to fight, if you feel the call to do so?
And are you ready to put the weapons down?
That was the transmission that came through this morning.

To help inspire us into our highest light…
And to help anchor divine light into this planet together.
