Unmanic "Meditation" Monday: Get Silent with Me

It’s an Unmanic Monday meditation style! Do you meditate? I actually would really love to know!

Meditation has countless benefits; it helps us to be in self-reflection, come to core action, balances our HRV, expands our awareness, helps us to destress … shall I continue? The benefits are endless.

There is no special way to meditate. We can do it anywhere, with anyone or alone. Having said that, I recently started a journey with InsightTimer to meditate with the people who love to be in a guided space!
