Purse your lips, and with the out-breath, imagine cleansing away lower debris out of your field.
With the next breath in, set the intention to receive beautiful bright energy, and imagine bright light all around you.
Feel the guidance and support you are bringing in. Trust that this is here to assist you on your journey of discovery and growth.
Now, take a moment to visualize yourself appearing with more confidence and ease. Feel your energy transform power and the positive impact it brings.
Affirm …. “I am open and receptive to high vibrational wisdom and blessings.”
