Unmanic Monday: Navigating the Eclipse Portal with Karmic Healing Through Physical Symptoms

Last week, we entered a potent transition season: The Eclipse Portal.

As we move through this up-and-down energy, deep-seated patterns may begin to reveal themselves—if they aren’t already surfacing. This can show up as chaotic events, emotional conflicts, or what some might call the "Eclipse Hangover," which includes feeling tired, moody, or simply out of sorts.

We can also experience physical symptoms such as headaches, muscle tension, and more subtle bodily discomforts.

I’ve noticed a lot of discord surfacing in sessions with clients, particularly around the mouth and throat.

These areas of our bodies often hold unprocessed emotions, past traumas, and karmic energy. The mouth and teeth are deeply connected to our energy system. They tie into our nervous system, digestion, and are connected to every organ in our body.

Have you noticed issues showing up in these areas lately? They seem to be especially loud right now. Parts of ourselves—our higher self, an inner child, or past-life self—are trying to get our attention.

I’m seeing a collective link between past lives and karmic patterns, particularly in the mouth and throat, ready to be healed and integrated.

There’s no better time than eclipse season to let these energies surface through gentle listening.

If this causes any discomfort, know there’s no need to dive deeply into the stories of your past lives or karmic history. Simply allowing the energy to move through your physical symptoms is often enough. Analyzing too much can sometimes stall the healing process.

Healing can come from simply being present with what arises without judgment. Let your symptoms guide you into awareness and trust that the energy will move and flow as needed.

This process might bring realizations or invite you to relinquish what no longer serves you. Feel into your body and allow this energy to shift with ease.

Here’s a simple exercise to keep handy during this season:

  1. Take a few deep breaths, grounding yourself in the present moment. Feel your feet on the ground and notice any tension, especially around the mouth or throat.

  2. Ask yourself, “What does this tension or symptom want to tell me?” Listen without judgment. Don’t rush for an answer—just allow the sensations to speak.

  3. Place your hand on your heart and say, “I am ready to release what no longer serves me.” Stay with this intention for a few minutes, allowing any shifts or emotions to come forward.

  4. Breathe deeply and visualize the energy moving through and out of your body. As it releases, imagine yourself becoming lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

This eclipse season is about transitions and releasing what we've carried for too long. Allow yourself to be present with the process, trusting that immense healing can come through simple, gentle awareness.

Well wishes to be in your now,

Alara
