Dear friends,
I want to let you know that I’m still here.
Over the past few weeks, as I began preparing to move outward with new conversations and projects, it became clear that my body had other ideas. Alongside some significant life transitions this year, deeper early-life memories and long-held patterns surfaced for integration. I’m honoring the need to go inward a little longer before stepping back out.
I’m okay. In fact, I’m doing important, steady work — the kind that asks for quiet, space, and nervous system repair. I’m deeply grateful for those of you who have reached out. If I haven’t responded yet, please know I’ve read your message and I appreciate you. I’ll be in touch when I re-emerge from the cave.
If you find yourself in a season where your body is asking for rest, space, or deeper integration, I hope you give yourself permission to honor that. Not every phase is for building. Some are for strengthening the foundation. Healing often looks ordinary, slow, and even a little boring — and that’s not a failure. It’s wisdom.
When I return more visibly, it will be from an even more grounded and integrated place.
With love and gratitude,
Alara
