🎧 Listen to the sound. Breathe and take in the noise and frequency of the water. What do you hear?
💧Look at the flow of the water. Notice where your eyes go in the video – maybe an image that comes up when you are scrying. What do you see?
💓 Pause and take in the resonance of the image in general. Just notice what and where sparks in your body. What do you feel?
Nature impacts us – just by being here, taking this in, will shift your frequency and the story in your cells.
Nature holds the miracle key to helping us shift our frequency like no other! This weekend, on June 3rd, we will be joining in community to raise our frequency with nature at the STL Elderberry Farm Event.
