We truly are what we eat!

It was healthy, filling, and high vibe! Doesn’t it look delish!?

Different foods emit different energetic frequencies or vibrations, and it matters to me. Consuming high-vibrational foods can positively impact our well-being, and I was completely committed to supporting each being at the retreat in this way.

The vibration of food is linked to life force, vitality, and energetic properties. When you think about that – how did your last meal affect you? 

Fresher, less processed, organic, and plant-based foods are considered to have higher vibrations compared to heavily processed or chemically treated foods.

When we consume high vibe foods, we enhance our own energy and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. 

I would go so far as to say - the intentions and emotions present while preparing and consuming food, influence its vibe!

Next time you go to grab fast food, order takeout, or pop something in the microwave to heat up for your meals, think about food frequency and add fresh, seasonal produce, AND prepare it in a way that makes you happy.
