I am writing to you from the breath giving beauty of Costa Rica, near the majestic Arenal Volcano. The fiery energy of this place has filled me with such overwhelming inspiration that I took it to the next level and dyed my hair red!
The energy here is palpable, no coincidence it’s coinciding with the upcoming Mystic Enchantment Retreat in Bali, and has me in a state of being so grateful for what taking space can do. Taking space has provided an opportunity for Mama Cacao to continue a loud and vibrational conversation, has sparked me to be back in my passion fire, and personally, has been supportive of our marriage.
Creating space for ourselves to heal and grow is vital. It’s also intimidating to go at it alone. I have noticed with so many shifts and changes of late, some clients and friends are being more reserved in the work, and yet I am feeling so called to step forward!

Create a Morning Ritual: Start your day with a simple ritual that grounds you. Whether it’s a few minutes of meditation, journaling, or simply savoring a cup of cacao in silence, these moments set a calm and intentional tone for the day.
Take a Nature Walk: Spend time with the flowers, trees, and grass; even if it’s just a short walk in a nearby park or your neighbourhood. Don’t underestimate it. Connecting with the natural world helps to clear your mind, reduce stress, and gain new perspective from the lens of earth.
Get Creative and be in Expression: Engage in a creative activity that brings you joy. Painting, dancing, knitting, sewing, writing, or any form of artistic expression can be incredibly healing and help you process emotions. Uninspired on this one? Venture outside and gather natural elements like leaves, flowers, stones, and twigs. Find a serene spot, maybe in your garden or a favorite park, and start arranging these elements into a mandala pattern. The process of creating a natural mandala is both meditative and expressive!
Take a True Digital Detox: Commit to regular breaks from screens and social media. Designate today (or at least one day a week) as a no-tech day, or set specific times each day to unplug completely. Unplugging not only helps reduce anxiety and improve sleep, but it also allows you to be more present with yourself and your loved ones. Use this time to reconnect with nature, have face-to-face conversations, and engage in activities that bring you joy without the distraction of digital noise.
