Unmanic Monday: The Earth is Healing, and So Are We

When we look around at the world, it’s easy to see separation—to label things as good or bad, right or wrong. To search for something outside of ourselves to blame.

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned from years of working with the body and energy, it’s this:

Nothing in our outer world exists separately from our inner world.

The word esoteric originally meant “inner,” while exoteric refers to the “outer.” These are not opposites. They are reflections. Just as our bodies mirror our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, the Earth reflects the collective energy of humanity.

We are not on the Earth. We are part of it.

The planet, like the human body, is one vast living organism. Every part of it—every tree, river, animal, and human being—is like a cell, working together to sustain life. And just as the cells in our bodies communicate, adapt, and recalibrate to maintain balance, the Earth does the same.

When there is disharmony in the body, we receive signals—symptoms, discomfort, illness. Not as punishment, but as messages. As an opportunity to realign. The Earth, too, is speaking.

I know this because my own body taught me.

For years, I battled autoimmune conditions. My body, in its confusion, attacked itself as if its own cells were the enemy. At the time, I saw my illness as something to fight. Something wrong that needed fixing.

But as I deepened my awareness, I realized something: My body wasn’t failing me—it was trying to wake me up.

One of these conditions was triggered by streptococcus, a bacteria I once feared. But over time, I came to understand it as an unlikely teacher. It forced me to face truths about my voice, my authenticity, and the ways I had been silencing myself to fit the world’s expectations.

This tiny organism became a catalyst for my healing. It made me listen. It made me remember. And when I honored my body’s wisdom, my symptoms faded. I was told I would need medication for life. I no longer need it at all.

This wasn’t magic. It was alignment.

And now, as I look at the world, I recognize the same pattern.

When the body heals, it can look messy—fevers, inflammation, fatigue. But these are not signs of failure. They are signs of repair.

What if the same is true for the world?

It has been said that before great transformation, the truths within our hearts will rise to the surface. That nothing will remain hidden. We are witnessing this now.

The walls we have built—within ourselves, between one another, between us and the Earth—are being illuminated. And if we do not soften them willingly, the Earth, in its deep wisdom, may shake them loose for us.

Not as punishment. As love.

Because just as my body was always working for me, never against me, the Earth is always moving toward balance.

Healing is inevitable.

The body, when given what it needs, will always move toward harmony.

The Earth, when given the chance, will always regenerate.

And we, when we remember who we truly are, will always return to love.

This is not a time to fear. It is a time to remember.

We are being asked to listen. To shift from resistance to trust. To move from reaction to reflection.

Healing—whether personal or global—is not about fighting what is wrong.

It is about aligning with what is right.

And when we do, the world will shift—because we have shifted. Because the outer world will always reflect the inner. Because, in truth, they are one and the same.

Now is the time to listen.

Now is the time to soften.

Now is the time to remember.

With divine, galactic love… and infinite FAITH,

Alara
