Happy Unmanic Tuesday! Practicing patience with my own process this week, I allowed myself this Monday to rest and integrate.
Our Sunday Consciousness gathering was magical! We shared stories, laughter, and even a few tears. We were blessed by healings from my brother Yeshua and some ET friends! Many mind expanding, heart opening moments of pure wonder! I’ll be sharing a few reels from the gathering on social media this week (with permissions), so stay tuned.
My guides are nudging me to offer this event once more. I can’t wait to see what unfolds! Will you join me? On zoom or in Sedona on February 9 at 1 EST / 12 PM CST / 10 AM PST. This donation-supported event is offered from my heart, and I would love for you to be part of it. Register here
For today, can I tell you a story? A story that reflects the journey many of us are on right now—a journey of awakening, rebirth, and transformation.
Once upon a time, after awakening and helping to heal deeply polarized times in a galaxy far away, my friends and I heard the call of the beings on a distant planet called Earth. Waves of volunteers entered the incarnation cycle, each with their own unique gifts to help heal this beautiful world. We had a plan, and with every lifetime, we planted seeds—seeds in human DNA, societal narratives… there were many long-term projects! Now, those seeds are ripening, and we are beginning to witness their beauty.
Growing up in rural Missouri in this life, I spent countless hours playing in the pond and wandering in nature. One day, I was captivated by a monarch butterfly emerging from its cocoon. I thought, “I can help!” So, I gently nudged it free. Simple? Yes. Effective? Not quite. One wing never fully straightened, and it couldn’t fly away. Lesson learned: sometimes, the best help is to let nature take its course.
Then there was the day at my grandparents' house when a fox had taken one of our fowl, but by grace, her eggs remained. We placed them under the warming light of an incubator. I watched with anticipation. What would it be like when new life emerged? Answer: messy! The chicks struggled, pecking, stretching, and scratching to break free. It was tempting to help, but Grandpa urged us to wait, saying when something new is being birthed, it’s often uncomfortable, even agonizing.
Women who have given birth know this feeling well, and creatives experience their own versions of it when inspiration strikes and they must bring an idea into the world. In these moments, grit is born. Surrendering to this process reveals our strength and resilience.
Preparation is Wise
As we navigate this transformative time, preparation is wise. Make proactive choices, not from fear, but from a foundation of love and self-reliance. Here are a few practical steps to consider:
Build a Resource Kit: Gather essentials such as water, non-perishable food, warm clothing, first aid supplies, and hygiene products. This can provide peace of mind.
Develop Life Skills: Learn essential skills such as cooking, gardening, and basic first aid. These empower you to meet your needs and those of your loved ones.
Create a Support Network: Connect with your neighbors and community. Building relationships fosters a sense of belonging and mutual support.
Practice Mindfulness: Engage in practices that promote mental and emotional well-being, like meditation or spending time in nature. Staying grounded helps navigate challenges.
Stay Informed and Flexible: Keep an eye on developments, but balance this with moments of stillness. Adaptability is crucial as situations change.
As we navigate this transformative time, let’s be like that incubator light—shining brightly and holding faith in the process. By raising our frequencies and staying anchored in love, we can serve as beacons for those around us.
The earth may quake, and systems we once relied upon may be shaken to their foundations, clearing the way for new growth. This is a time for rebuilding, healing, and nurturing our neighbors, transcending borders in the spirit of unity.
This year holds the promise of great resets. Lean into what brings you joy, for this is how we can illuminate the path for ourselves and others. Together, we are emerging into a new world—perhaps a bit ragged, but undeniably ready.
With grit, trust, and love,
Alara
P.S. - I hope to see you this Sunday! We’ll breathe, meditate, pray, play and learn together. You can ask me anything, receive support in your process, or just bask in the glow of sincere connection. I’ll sing a song or two, share a few healing stories, and I promise we will all leave brighter!
