Hi friends,
Lately, I’ve been receiving a wave of projections.
Some people I love have shared that they feel unsure of where they fit in my life right now - especially if they don’t identify as being on a spiritual path. I understand that. It’s vulnerable to witness someone change. It can bring up grief, fear, or the feeling of being left behind. But truly, there is room in my heart for everyone. That feeling of disconnection is often more about the stories we carry than the love that’s actually present.
Others have been triggered by the way I show up in the world - things like wearing white, looking people in the eye, or saying “I love you” freely.
Interestingly, when I wore all black for a time, no one said a thing. But wearing white seems to stir something. Maybe it’s because white reflects. Maybe it symbolizes something we’ve been conditioned to distrust. For me, it just feels light and clean and attuned to the energy I’m moving with these days.
Wearing white has become a kind of spiritual dieta for me. Like a fast for the senses, it supports clarity. It helps me perceive subtle energies more easily - both in myself and in the spaces I hold. It minimizes distraction, neutralizes visual “noise,” and makes it easier to really see one another - eye to eye, heart to heart. It’s not about being pure or better—it’s about being clear.
(And let’s be honest - it’s also nice only doing one load of laundry. I now confidently expect miracles… from OxiClean. 😉)
I look people in the eye because I want to see them. I want them to know they are accepted, safe, and real to me in that moment.
And when I say “I love you,” I mean it. I love people. I love life. I think more people need to hear that they’re loved, unconditionally.
You don’t have to agree with me. You don’t have to follow me. You don’t owe me anything.
I don’t want anything from you.
I’ve just been learning how to give—without strings, without ego, without needing anything back. (Though yes, to be transparent, this movement does need to become sustainable to support the many beautiful people working behind the scenes to help spread this love and frequency.)
I’ve also been spending more time in solitude lately. Meditating. Traveling. Listening deeply to what wants to come through me. I’m a hermit—it’s literally written in my chart. I’m integrating a lot right now, and I need quiet and space to do that. That doesn’t mean I’ve disappeared. It means I’m getting clear so that when I do show up, I show up fully.
I’ve also noticed that it’s just harder sometimes to co-create experiences with people when we’re seeing life through very different lenses. It doesn’t mean there’s no love—it just means the connection might look different. And that’s okay. Letting that be what it is has brought a lot more peace and understanding for me.
While there is room for everyone in my heart, I also love myself enough these days to set clear and healthy boundaries—especially when communication becomes abusive or unkind. I’ve learned through great pains over my lifetime that my health (my ability to continue living and loving and contributing in this lifetime) absolutely depends on this. Love doesn’t mean abandoning self-respect. I can hold compassion while also choosing peace, and I trust that honoring both is an essential part of our path in this life.
🌌 What Is a Projection?
A projection is a reflection of the unseen or unhealed within.
When we feel strong emotion toward someone’s words or presence - especially when it feels disproportionate - it often reveals something within ourselves that wants attention, healing, or expression.
It doesn’t make us wrong. It makes us human.
And if we can hold curiosity instead of judgment, we unlock profound healing.
🔑 What Is a Trigger?
A trigger is a portal for expanding our perception.
An invitation.
An opportunity to become more conscious.
Rather than something to avoid or attack, a trigger shows us where we’ve been living in reaction rather than creation. As The Christ Letters remind us, every moment is a moment of creation - shaped by our consciousness.
The one who triggers us is often holding the very frequency we’re learning to integrate or reclaim.
🕊️ My Role: Not as Leader, But Mirror
Let me be absolutely clear:
You do not need me—or anyone else—to connect to divine consciousness.
You are already connected. Perfectly. Permanently. Powerfully.
My path is not to lead, but to reflect. To remind. To walk beside you as you awaken to your own divinity.
I speak to frequency.
To joy.
To the cosmic principles of truth, love, and creative power that apply to all beings.
To the universal remembrance that lives in you, in me, in the Earth, in the stars.
And yes, to Christ Consciousness—not as dogma or religion, but as a frequency of unconditional love and alignment with Source.
Sometimes the way I express that love may challenge inherited patterns. I’m okay with that. I trust our process. I welcome dialogue. I honor sovereignty.
