REIKI. What thoughts and feelings arise when you see or hear the word?
I notice in subtle energy medicine, there can be a stigma around it.
Reiki can look like many different things; hands-on healing, distance healing, and directing energy, and it helps facilitate a person's healing response.
I find it to be an activation of our body's own healing abilities.
AND best yet, when we train in and are attuned to Reiki, there can be a deeper opening for our natural wheelhouse zones to appear. Our purpose, talents, and healing directions tend to be spotlighted.
While there are many forms of Reiki, Karuna Reiki® is what found me. Karuna Reiki is a registered service mark of William Lee Rand and has been defined as the Reiki of Compassion
It’s a form designed to open you to work more closely with all enlightened beings (physically present and in Spirit).
Above all, the process reveals the unconditional love available to you for you, and is the gateway for more of that to pour in in all ways.
