Last year, I embarked on a deep passage through the Medicine Wheel as part of he Munay-Ki Peruvian Shamanic Rites—a year-long process of merging with the ancient wisdom of the Peruvian Quechua Mountain traditions. It was a journey of profound surrender, penance, perseverance, and ultimately, transformation.
Have you ever felt the Earth hold you like a mother?
Not just beneath your feet—but all around you?
Enfolding you. Whispering to you.
Rebirthing you.
Two nights ago, anxiety wrapped itself around me like a storm. I couldn’t get comfortable in my body, couldn’t settle in my bed. I was in a hotel in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The name itself felt encoded, mystical. This journey I’m on with a dear friend has taken us through galactic gateways and sacred lands over the past 48 hours. We came seeking truth. And oh, have we found it.
Over the weekend, I had the blessing of hosting a beautiful group of women visiting Sedona, led by a retreat leader I know and greatly respect.
From the moment I began my coaching practice, I always said two things:
One, God sends me people. Two, I hope someday to work myself out of a job.
Have you ever remembered something your rational mind says you couldn’t possibly have lived?
Once upon a time, many, many lives ago, I and many others came to this planet to help it remember.
This week, Mercury moves into Aries, and as an Aries Rising, I know it’s time to step out, step forward, and speak truth. And honestly? It feels like the world is ready.
When we look around at the world, it’s easy to see separation—to label things as good or bad, right or wrong. To search for something outside of ourselves to blame.
Happy Unmanic Tuesday! Practicing patience with my own process this week, I allowed myself this Monday to rest and integrate.
Can I tell you a story?
Once upon a time, a middle-aged woman from Missouri began a healing journey. It was long and challenging, but ultimately beautiful. She discovered it was never about reaching a destination or fixing herself; it was about being present and embracing every moment of her life.
Once upon a time, our ancestors didn’t exchange money to survive. Giving and receiving were part of a natural cycle - people traded goods, shared resources, and relied on one another to thrive. This balanced flow of energy was essential for maintaining harmony in their communities and within themselves.
As we begin this new year, I’ve been reflecting on how deeply Yeshua became a part of my everyday life and teachings throughout 2024. His presence and wisdom guided me in transformative ways. I’ve come to see his teachings as a profound roadmap for growth.
As we approach the holiday season, it’s easy to get swept up in the rush of preparations - gifts to wrap, gatherings to plan, and endless to-do lists. Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or another tradition, this time of year can feel like a whirlwind of activity.
Have you ever felt an undeniable connection with someone - whether a friend, family member, or even a client - and it felt as if you’ve known them for lifetimes?
In a world that’s constantly buzzing with noise - both external and internal - finding silence can be a true act of reverence. But silence isn’t just the absence of sound; it’s a space where something deeper can emerge.
As we move through the holiday season, this is a great time to reflect on the difference between emotional processing and truly having an emotional experience.
I had the privilege of spending some time last week at the Birthing Cave in Sedona. There is something about this sacred space that feels both grounding and expansive.
I recently shared how my body was struggling with not feeling well last week, which prompted me to reflect further on the “germ theory vs. terrain theory” debate.
Last week - I was nudged, not so gently, by my body. It was a reminder that sometimes, the body knows what we’ve been avoiding, and when healing calls, it asks us to slow down and listen.
Last week, we explored Rahu, the North Node of the Moon in Vedic astrology, and how it pulls us toward our karmic lessons and growth. This week, the invitation is to deepen our exploration by introducing Rahu’s cosmic counterpart: Ketu, the South Node.
Vedic astrology, an ancient system rooted in the wisdom of India, offers deep insights into our spiritual and karmic journey. It maps the influence of celestial bodies on our lives, helping us understand our purpose and the lessons we’re here to learn.
I hope this message finds you in a state of peace and reflection. As we approach the celebration of Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) on November 1st and 2nd, I want to share a deeply personal and meaningful experience that has been on my heart—our eternal connection to loved ones, even after they’ve moved beyond their bodies.
With the holiday season around the corner, kicking off with Halloween next week, I am exploring all things lions, ghosts, and ... vamps oh my!
Last week, the entrance into the eclipse portal sparked an invitation; to notice how symptoms can reveal past life patterns. For me, lately, I shared how that is showing up in sessions via mouth and throat issues.
